About Us
A Worthy Cause
Senior Angels of the Central Coast is a 501c(3) non-profit organization helping local senior citizens and disabled adults in need. The holidays are known as a time of celebration. But for lonely or isolated senior citizens it can be anything but. This is why we created our program. Our mission is to provide gifts to local seniors living in long-term care facilities, and the surrounding area, so they know they are not forgotten. We aim to brighten a local senior's holiday by sending a heartfelt gift donated by local families.
A Great Event
How does it work ? We work directly with the activities directors and staff at our local care facilities. They gather wish lists from every senior in their care. We then create gift tags and wish lists which in turn gives the community a chance to go and shop for the requests and deliver the gifts or drop off the gifts themselves. We make sure no senior is left out !
Get Involved!
Our senior citizens also known as our elders have paved the way for generations to come and now they need our help in navigating through the world with support, love, and compassion. This year, we are working towards allowing the community to adopt a senior which allows individuals to spend time with the elderly, have conversations, and just enjoy the company of one another.
